MARCH FOR JUSTICE

A southern Ohio task force investigating the deaths and disappearances of several local women has issued a nationwide warrant for Ernest “Dollar Bill” Moore. Moore, 36, has been declared a “parole violator at large” by Ross County Sheriff George W. Lavender.
